Terms and Conditions

Patriot Coins and Precious Metals takes pride in doing business the right way.  We will always make a strong offer on any coins, jewelry, or scrap you may be selling.  In our store, all items ship insured, free of charge to the customer.  We will accept any returns for a full refund so long the following conditions are met: 

• We offer a 14 day return window.  If you are not satisfied with your product, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. 
• Refunds will be issued when the item is back in our hands, and we can verify the items have not been damaged, tampered with, or changed in any way.   Items will be inspected for authenticity and damage before refunds are issued. 
• If the item returned is damaged, broken, inauthentic, or not the item we sold, we WILL NOT issue a refund. 
• Please note that we do not ship outside of the US.  Any orders that are placed and directed overseas will be cancelled and your money will be refunded. 
• We want to be your go-to numismatic dealer.  All items shipped are triple checked with a precious metal verifier before shipping.  If we suspect an item is not authentic, we do not list it on our website. 
• Please note that numismatic grading is extremely subjective.  We do our best to photograph coins with natural lighting, and describe them to the best of our ability.  Coins that are not professionally graded are difficult to put a grade on, as opinions vary.  Please view photos, and determine condition for yourself before purchasing items.
